Delivery time Each item is made to order the process from making to delivering can take 7-10 working days from the order and then shipping can be anything from 5 – 15 days depending on the item and where it is going. We try and given accurate time scale on each item but please also allow for holidays and weekends. We hold smaller items in stock so these may arrive a little bit quicker. We are based in the UK so international orders will take longer depending on the final destination.

Worldwide Shipping We offer free shipping worldwide but are unable to cover the cost of returns unless the item is faulty. Return shipping is covered by the customer, a refund will be returned for faulty items only. See Returns and Refunds

Shipping costs Shipping costs are included as we offer free delivery on all orders. Some countries may have customs and tax, we are not responsible for covering these additional costs.

Shipment tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your package. You can check the shipping status of your package.
